Ellacotts are a firm of accountants in Banbury. They use a system called Drive (Relate software) to store client information and documents. Drive runs on a local SQL Server. We did the following work for them:
- Routines to transfer client data and client documents data to the web site using SQL DTS.
- Ellacotts client area web site where clients can log in, view their documents and also upload and send new documents to Ellacotts.

Directory of Scottish Salmon Waters

The Directory of Scottish Salmon Waters was a successful annual publication in the 1990s. We were asked to to create an on-line version of the directory. We've worked closely with the owner throughout the design and development process. In 2007 an accommodation directory was added, providing the site with a new revenue stream.

Classical CD Exchange

The Classical CD Exchange, based near Wantage, sell second hand CDs. Their sales operation is entirely web based. The web site is built using the open source e-commerce system "osCommerce". We took over support and maintenance in the Autumn of 2006. Since then we have made various changes and in January 2007 we integrated a phpBB forum with the osCommerce system so that members of the osCommerce system are also members of the forum.

Safe Drive Stay Alive is an innovative theatre education project, exploring the circumstances and consequences of a road traffic collision. A design was required which made a strong impact on the target audience (young people aged 16-19). Visitors can opt to join various mailing lists and there is a mail administration system (written in PHP/MySQL) which allows the Safe Drive team to contact different groups of subscribers.

Business Data Services are a firm in Botswana. They own lots of financial data about Botswana. We have built up a system written in Visual Basic 6 to allow BDS to maintain data in Access database and transfer the data to the web site. We also designed, built and implemented the web site in VB.Net and SQL Server. The web site has an e-commerce system allowing visitors to purchase and download data files. It’s also possible to subscribe to the web site, which provides unlimited access to download the data.
